I installed a light weight plastic rollup shade to cover up a large projector screen and bought this to raise and lower the shade. I also have top down bottom up cellular shades covering windows that are 7 ft tall, and I was hoping to use this hook to pull down/raise up the cellular shades also. While this hook worked nicely with the light plastic rollup shade, it literally gets bend out of shape and cannot handle the 7′ cellular shades. I like that it’s small and retractable, and I hope it will last if I only use it for the light rollup shade.
