Please contact us for further information.” Key Features: Powerful Spindle: Equipped with a 3kW BT30 pneumatic quick-tool-release spindle capable of speeds up to 10,000 RPM Precision Movement: A 6N.m three phase stepper motor ensures accurate positioning of the 4-th axis K100 headstock, with rotational speeds up to 1.500 RPM. Pneumatic Tailstock: The tailstock features an SDA40 pneumatic cylinder for material clamping and unclamping, accommodating stock up to 430mm in length and 200mm in height. The stock length is adjustable using an SFU1605 ballscrew operated by a manual knob with locking mechanism. Sturdy Z-Axis: Built with a cast iron right-angle base, HGR30 heavy-duty linear rails, and HGH30HA long bearings for maximum stability and rigidity. Axis Control: X/Y/Z Axes: Driven by reliable 3.6N.m stepper motors. The X-axis offers rapid movement via two YS-52120 CNC helical rack-and-pinion actuators. The Y-axis utilizes an SFU1610 ballscrew and HGR25 steel rail for fast and accurate operation. The Z-axis employs an SFU1605 ballscrew for precise control. Proximity Sensors: Each axis is equipped with a limit/homing proximity sensor for reliable positioning.
