No measuring or mixing is required. They dissolve within minutes to provide a pleasing “natural blue” color. They do dissolve, so make sure not to open the packages! For best results: toss into different areas of your pond. Use half of the specified dosage per treatment. Wait at least 8 hours between treatments. Repeat until desired shading is achieved. Please note: excess tint can be harmful to pond plants. This product will block sunlight, and too much can hinder your aquatic plant’s ability to grow. How Do These Blue Pond Dye Packets Stand Out?
